How to prepare VEEV NOW:

• Unbox your new VEEV ONE device
• Remove top silicone cap
• Keep air flow channels at each side free

How to vape:

Start puffing: the device will automatically activate without any buttons thanks to puff-activated technology

The LED will turn on while you puff to indicate the device is working

When the light pulses 10 times and turns off, your VEEV NOW device is out of battery

How to turn off VEEV NOW:

Once you're done, simply stop puffing and the device will turn off automatically

No need to let it cool down, you can store it and just keep going with your day

If the LED light doesn’t switch ON, then the battery is depleted, which means you finished your VEEV NOW completely

No, you cannot, as VEEV NOW is designed for simplicity of use. The device is not designed to be used with other liquids or pods.

Each VEEV NOW device comes with 2 ml high quality e-liquid and pre-charged ISO certified 280 mAh Li-ion battery. It can provide up to 500 puffs*.

This may be happening because part of the previous TEREA tobacco stick may have been left inside your IQOS ILUMA holder. Please try to gently remove it from the device with a pair of fine tweezers or a toothpick and dispose of it immediately. Please do not use any sharp tools to remove the stick, as you are likely to cause damage to your device, which won’t be covered under warranty.
