Special Terms and Conditions for Contest - IQOS ILUMA i PRIME Valentine’s Competition
1. Contest Duration
The duration of the Contest is defined as the period from February 14, 2025, until February 16, 2025. It is expressly specified that, after the end of the Contest, entries are automatically invalid. To select the winners, a lottery will be held among the participants, as defined in par. 6.1 of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITIONS FOR IQOS CLUB MEMBERS.
2. Conditions for participation in the Contest
2.1 To participate in the Contest, the participant must visit IQOS CLUB in the "benefits" category, withdraw the corresponding benefit, accept these SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "IQOS ILUMA i PRIME Valentine’s Competition" and proceed with the purchase of IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, redeeming said benefit, from February 14, 2025 to February 16, 2025.
3. Winners and Alternatives Winners
It is specified that during the contest, the following winners will be selected:
- Two (2) winners and Two (2) alternate winners for two gift cards worth 200€ from a technology store.
4. Contest Awards and Selection of Winners and Alternative Winners
- The two winners will be selected in order of priority by a draw and will receive a gift card worth 200€ from a technology store.
The draw will take place within two (2) working days from the end of the contest, and the winners will be notified by phone as specified in paragraph 6.2 of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTESTS FOR IQOS CLUB MEMBERS.
5. Acceptance of prize
After the winners are announced, they will be contacted to accept the prize within two (2) days at the contact details they have provided on iqos.com. More information about the prize will be given to the winners after they accept the prize.
Gift card terms:
- The gift card is valid until 22/10/2025. After the period has elapsed, the gift certificate is deactivated, and its redemption or replacement is not possible.
- The gift certificate can be used once and for the full amount in any physical store of the technology chain.
6. General Provisions
These Special Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of competitions for IQOS CLUB members.
