HEETS tobacco sticks

HEETS tobacco sticks are designed for the same duration and number of puffs as cigarettes.

The HEETS tobacco sticks are designed specifically for the IQOS devices. They have an optimal length, diameter and design for the IQOS Holder.

The taste of IQOS is different from cigarettes because tobacco is heated rather than burned.
By heating the tobacco, the true taste of the tobacco is released. HEETS tobacco sticks are made from a specially selected blend of tobacco in order to provide tobacco taste and satisfaction that replicates as much as possible what adult smokers expect.

If you experience difficulty inserting HEETS tobacco stick, check if the tobacco portion from a previous HEETS tobacco sticks stuck in the Cap.
Then, using the Pin from the IQOS Cleaner, push the tobacco portion out.

If you accidentally insert a tobacco stick the wrong way round the holder, switch on the device to let the blade heat up to soften the filter and make it easy to remove without damaging your IQOS. Please remember to always pull up your cao before removing the stick. If the problem couldn’t be resolved in this manner, then please contact an expert in an IQOS Store nearby.

No, HEETS has been specifically designed for use with IQOS. Tobacco sticks should never be lit with a match or lighter and are designed to only work with the IQOS™ Holder.

The electronic Holder heats and not burns the tobacco in the tobacco stick, therefore does not produce ash.

The heating phase of an IQOS device lasts a maximum of six minutes, after which it switches off automatically. During this time, you can pull on the HEETS tobacco stick. The possible duration of use always depends on the individual consumption behaviour. The more intensive the consumption (the draw behaviour), the shorter the duration of use.

If you do not take a drag on the tobacco stick, the IQOS device also switches off after approx. six minutes. The used HEETS tobacco stick can then no longer be used.

If your HEETS tobacco stick is damaged, do not use or try to insert into the holder as it might damage your device.
