Home delivery: From the time the order is placed, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. *We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible and safely. Hard-to-reach areas are excluded - Delivery time is 2-7 working days.

Pick up point: From the time the order is placed, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days.
After choosing the product, choose the quantity you want and then click on "Add to cart". If you choose "Continue shopping", you can continue your shopping. If you select "View basket", you can proceed to payment. If you accidentally placed a product in your cart, select "Remove" under the specific product. If you have entered the quantities incorrectly, use the arrows next to the product to modify them. This way, your cart will be updated automatically.

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the shopping cart in the section "Discount or referral code" or if you have a Voucher in the next section "Voucher" and then select "OK". A message will then appear informing you that the code has been entered correctly. To proceed with payment, click on the "Order Now" button. Add your details and delivery address and finally choose the payment method you want to use. At this point, you will be taken to the final page with a summary of your details. To complete the order, click the "Buy" button.
You will be able to independently monitor the delivery status via the link you will receive with the shipment confirmation email. You will also be able to verify the delivery attempts already made and any problems the courier may have in identifying your address.
Once your order has been packed and sent for delivery, it will be added to the 'My Orders' section of your account.

You will also receive an order confirmation email that will mention the order number.
