1. IQOS charging problems
Is your IQOS holder charging too slowly?
What to do: Make sure that you’re using the original IQOS charging cable and power adaptor for charging your IQOS. Then, Try cleaning the contacts of the holder and the pocket charger. If after these steps, the charging problems persist, you probably need a new charging cable or a power adaptor.
The status lights of the IQOS Holder are flashing in a white colour
Sometimes the status lights of your device might blink in a white colour.
What to do: If 2 lights blink in white, maybe there is a temperature problem. Try leaving your device to cool off for a few minutes. In general, try maintaining your IQOS device between 0°C and 50°C to ensure it always works properly.
2. The status lights of the IQOS Holder are flashing in a red colour
Do you see any lights blinking in a red colour on your IQOS holder?
What to do: Place the holder in the pocket charger and reset it by pressing the pocket charger’s button for 10 seconds. Keep the button pressed until you see all the lights dim out. The RESET will be confirmed by all the lights briefly blinking white. If however they continue blink in a red colour, contact us, so we can help you.
